HENRY COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - A driver has been charged with DUI for a head-on automobile collision that killed two people, including an 11-year-old boy, September 20 in Henry County.

Just after 7:15 p.m., Virginia State Police troopers were called to the scene of a collision on Axton Rd. just north of Morgan Ford Rd.

The driver of a Cadillac SRX was going south on Axton Rd., crossed the centerline and hit a Nissan Quest.

The driver of the Nissan, identified as 45-year-old Misty Lynn Holland of Stoneville, N.C., died at the scene, according to VSP.

Troopers also identified three other passengers, including an 11-year-old boy, Keontae Devon Millner. Troopers say he died at the scene.

The two other passengers were taken to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, according to VSP.
