CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A 56-year-old man was arrested after police said he showed up at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds with gummy bears to meet what he thought was a 13-year-old girl.

Tracy Allen Vincent, 56, of Muncy, was arrested last week and charged with attempted aggravated assault of someone under 13, attempted unlawful contact with a minor, attempted corruption of minors and criminal use of a communications facility after Clearfield Regional Police were contacted by the 814PredHunters group.

According to the criminal complaint, Vincent was accused by the group of communicating with their decoy, who portrayed a 13-year-old girl online. Vincent allegedly messaged with the decoy numerous times via social media and texting as well as calling them.
