The Town of Hideout is inviting all residents to participate in a General Plan Open House to help shape the town’s future.

The event will serve as the next step in the year-long process to update the town’s 2019 General Plan and will be held on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Black Rock Mountain Resort, located at 909 W Peace Tree Trail, Heber City.

“Since the last General Plan was adopted in 2019, Hideout has experienced significant growth, which brings both new opportunities and challenges,” said Jan McCosh, town administrator of Hideout. “This update is a crucial step to ensure our guiding principles reflect the community’s collective vision for the future. The open house is a key opportunity for residents to share their priorities, and we strongly encourage everyone to participate.”
