LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – A female Michigan State Police trooper is alleging in a new federal lawsuit that the agency’s top command was aware of what she characterizes as “retaliation” for filing complaints about sexual harassment.

Trooper Megan Moryc alleges in the lawsuit, filed late Sunday night in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan in Grand Rapids, that Col. James F. Grady and Lt. Col. Aimee Brimacombe have firsthand or unique information about a litany of investigations and punishments doled out against Moryc.
