The Town of Blackfalds has announced the list of candidates for the 2025 Municipal Election.

The election will be held on October 20th, with 6 seats open for Council, and one for Mayor.

The positions of Mayor and Councilor are at-large elections, meaning that each person elected represents the Town as a whole and not a particular ward or section of the Town. Voting is done at one central point for all positions on Council in the Town of Blackfalds.
