DARTMOUTH, Mass. —
Three people, including two teens, killed in two separate crashes in Bristol County this weekend have been identified by the district attorney.
The first crash occurred in the area of 168 Tremont St. in Taunton at 10:13 p.m. Friday. According to the DA’s office, first responders found a Toyota Tacoma that had left the roadway and struck a front porch before becoming engulfed in flames.
Savannah Salemme, 18, of Dighton, died in the crash.
According to the DA’s office, the second crash occurred at 1:09 a.m. Saturday after Massachusetts State Police received a 911 call about an erratic vehicle traveling at high speeds on Interstate 195. Troopers found a crashed Kia sedan, which was later determined to be stolen, in the median near the exit for Reed Road.
