PEORIA ( 25News Now ) - Peoria’s Scottish Rite Theater has been put back on the market weeks after TempleLive pulled out of operating the venue .

The venue is listed on the market for $5.8 million.

Last year, TempleLive entered into a lease agreement with the KDB Group , Peoria philanthropist Kim Blickenstaff’s company. Blickenstaff and his group renovated the Scottish Rite in 2021, but in 2023, he announced he was selling the theater and his other investments .

TempleLive pulled out of operating the theater and announcing it would also be cancelling all future shows at the venue. Vice President of Programming Robert Thomas did not confirm when the decision was made and did not say why the company is ceasing operations in Peoria.
