ELY, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Authorities responded to a fire on Hwy 169 on Monday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a truck hauling hay bales caught fire around 12:30 on Monday.
The fire was extinguished, and crews worked to clean the lanes following the fire.
No one was injured during the incident.
Highway 169 is now reopened as of 3:20.
