INDIANAPOLIS — Fifty-seven police officers responded to a shooting on Shore Terrace and Eagle Creek Parkway early Sunday morning.

IMPD says they found two people dead, and five others shot and injured.

In a press conference Monday morning, Police Chief Chris Bailey says the two men killed were the shooters.     

"Each one of us must take responsibility for the choices we make, because those choices can cost lives, including your own," Bailey said. "Guns are not the solution to anything. When someone chooses to bring a firearm into a conflict, that decision carries consequences."
