GATE CITY, Va. (WJHL) — The votes have been tallied, and the Blue Devils of Gate City High School own the Week 5 Best Play of the Week.

Quarterback Zayne Reed heaved a deep ball to Kaden Houseright Friday night. Houseright managed to dodge a Marion defender and stay in bounds, taking it all the way to the house.

Gate City defeated Marion 41-13.

Other plays up for Best Play of the Week included a North Greene 66-yard rushing touchdown and a Greeneville long pass for a touchdown.
