Your Monday Evening Update:

As we start the beginning of the Fall season, temperatures are not agreeing with this season change. We are warming up as we head throughout this work week with temperatures in the low 90s. A forecasted high of 93 is expected on Wednesday. A high-pressure system is responsible for bringing us heat and clear skies but is expected to erode Thursday evening.

Thankfully, a cold front will move through our area on Thursday bringing us afternoon storms and a rainy but cool Friday. Friday you can expect rain chances of 60% with a high of 84 degrees which will bring us below average for the first time in a while. We are not expecting severe weather, but we cannot rule out the chance for severe thunderstorms. Rain chances linger into next week which is forecasted to be
