CROWN POINT — Three East Chicago Central High School staff members charged with entering a student's residence last year had criminal charges dismissed against them based on a pretrial diversion agreement, court records show.

East Chicago Central High School Principal Abrian Brown, Football Coach Corey Bailey and Basketball Coach Alaa Mroueh each entered into the three-month agreements with prosecutors in May that show the prosecution agreed to dismiss felony residential entry charges against each school employee as long as they paid all administrative fees involved in the case, avoided being arrested or charged with another crime and appeared in court when required to.
