Developers of the $305 million SoLa resort development near the Lake Michigan lakefront in Michigan City have begun selling townhomes.

YAB Development Partners recently started selling the 170 condominiums at the 14-story mixed-use development that will feature cutting-edge architecture, a rooftop pool overlooking Lake Michigan, cabanas and other resort-type amenities.

It’s now selling 18 duplex townhomes at the development, which will be anchored by a Marriott International Renaissance Hotel and include restaurants and retail.

The townhomes will start in the low $900,000s. They will range from three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 4 bathrooms, spanning 1,708 to 2,205 square feet.
