A 20-year-old man was sentenced today to 115 years in prison for charges including murder and attempted murder from a 2023 shooting.
Terrance T. Sanders Jr. of Fort Wayne is one of four young adults charged for the shooting that killed 18-year-old Ayvion Parker and injured Parker’s younger brother on Sept. 12, 2023. Investigators said the crimes were detailed in rap lyrics.
Jurors last month found Sanders guilty of all charges – murder, attempted murder, battery with a deadly weapon, criminal gang activity and a sentencing enhancement for using gun to commit the crime.
