No-Bake Breakfast Cookies

Serves: 24

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Nature’s Promise® Creamy Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp. maple syrup or honey

1 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. McCormick® Ground Cinnamon

2 Tbsp. chia seeds

3/4 cup Hannaford Quick Oats

1/4 cup (1 scoop) Nature’s Promise Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1/4 dark chocolate chips

1/4 cup Hannaford Mixed Nuts Lightly Salted, chopped

Directions:

Place peanut butter, maple syrup or honey and vanilla in a large bowl and 00microwave for 20 seconds. Mix well.
