WKRN Middle TennesseeMT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) — A first-of-its-kind, luxury multi-million dollar neighborhood is one step closer to becoming reality in Mt. Juliet.
On Monday, city commissioners will have the second and final reading on the development.
“There's going to end up being some multi-million dollar homes built in this community,” said Scott Hefner, District 3 Commissioner for the city of Mt. Juliet.
The first-of-its-kind development would feature three community centers with pools, an amphitheater, greenways, and more.
Over the summer, developers showed the planning commission a video of what the community would look like.
“It's going to be a private, gated community. It's going to be guarded, so it's not just going to be an access gate, they're going to have security guards at each gate,” Hefne
