NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — If airport forecasts hold true, about 25,026,700 passengers will fly through Nashville International Airport in fiscal year 2026, according to the airport’s moderate forecast.

While that's still 1% percent higher than the previous year, it's lower than what airport staff first predicted. In April, the airport expected 4% growth in their moderate forecast. The number was cut to 2% in July, and now it's at 1% growth.

"You've got huge [tourism] numbers in 2022 and 2023, so it does make sense that… we're going to be on the down end of that roller coaster right now,” Upstage Party Bus owner Patrick Kludac told News 2.
