KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Buyers are starting to move into a luxury downtown condominium complex as construction wraps up.

The Delaney Building, developed by businessman Randy Boyd, sits along first base at Covenant Health Park.

The building boasts 47 high end residential units, office space and retail space. Bars and restaurants have started to move in to the building, or soon will.

"I just think it's an expansion of our downtown area," Christi Branscom, the managing broker for the project, said. "This is really just another neighborhood within the downtown community."

The third floor of residential units is complete, and owners have begun moving in, and about half of the 47 units have either been purchased or are under contract, according to Branscom.
