EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- The Canutillo Independent School District has been doing renovations at several of its campuses, and Reyes Elementary School is next in line.

The renovations are part of a larger $387 million bond that was approved by voters in the district in 2024. It is the largest per-capita school infrastructure program ever approved in El Paso County, according to the district.

This project funds safety and security enhancements, heating and cooling upgrades, structural and aesthetic improvements, career and technical education classroom upgrades, and technology improvements throughout the district.
