DANVILLE — A bone found this weekend at Ellsworth Park was determined to be an animal bone.

According to a release from the Danville Police Department, officers were dispatched to Ellsworth Park at 10 a.m. on Saturday after a clean-up crew located a single bone, which they believed to be human remains.
