APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) — Uncle Mike’s Kringle Shoppe has expanded again, this time bringing its award-winning baked goods to Appleton.

The new location opened Monday at W3178 Van Roy Road, Suite A, with customers already lining up to try the Fox Valley’s newest sweet spot.

The shop carries the full lineup of kringles and baked goods Uncle Mike’s is known for, including its popular freezer section that allows customers to take their favorites home in bulk. In addition to kringles, customers will find scratch-made breads, cookies, and seasonal pastries.

The Appleton store also features a coffee and espresso bar, a merchandise section, and plenty of cold treats, offering ice cream both by the pint and by the scoop. That makes it the first Uncle Mike’s location to serve scooped ice cream in-
