WORCESTER, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - If you “fear the walking dead,” you may want to avoid the city of Worcester for the rest of the week.

The city streets have been transformed to look like the big apple as shooting for The Walking Dead: Dead City takes place.

For the next few days, a series of streets will be shut down as the cast and crew work. The new season is expected to premiere in the middle of 2027.
