The Supreme Court will today, September 23, take up a petition demanding greater transparency in the conduct of the NEET PG 2025 examination. The matter, listed first on the board, has drawn significant attention after aspirants flagged discrepancies in their results, alleging score variations of 50 to 150 marks.

The petitioners contend that the current disclosure by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is insufficient to ensure fairness in one of India’s most competitive postgraduate medical entrance tests.
