TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) -- Emily Clapp appeared as part of the band "Dek of Hearts" on "The Voice" Monday night on WTWO. Clapp grew up in Terre Haute and had just performed at "The Mill" in Terre Haute Sunday night.

On the show, the band sang the song "Heads Carolina, Tails California" and they were awesome. So good in fact, we'd love to play their musical clip for you here on mywabashvalley.com, but due to music copyright issues, we can not play the audio, just the video.

But the judges heard them loud and clear. All four judges turned their chairs around. In the end, they went with judge Niall Horan.

The band is based in Nashville, TN and describes themselves as "country-pop." They've been together 14 months.
