SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- The Padres on Monday clinched a playoff berth following a 5-4 win against the Milwaukee Brewers in extra innings.

In the top of the 11th inning, Petco Park went into a frenzy after Padres catcher Freddy Fermin hit a game-winning single to bring in leftfielder Bryce Johnson.
