Holiday park enthusiasts have cast their votes for Britain's finest destinations. Smaller, lesser-known operators claimed the crown in the latest Which? survey, with big names like Butlins, Center Parcs and Haven failing to secure a place in the top five.
The comprehensive ranking of 16 resorts drew on feedback from 2,255 Which? members, who assessed venues based on cleanliness, customer service, facilities, value for money, food and drink, plus entertainment offerings. Potters Resorts, operating two sites in Essex and Norfolk , triumphed over well-established household brands to claim first place.
