Butler basketball freshman Jackson Keith is sitting on the bench fighting back tears while taking in everything AAU coach Rob Sinclair is saying to him.

Keith is playing for the Durham Hurricanes AAU program, a program started in 2002 by a group of fathers hoping to give their sons a chance to play competitive basketball with an emphasis on teaching the game that they love.
