EVANSVILLE — The high school football is once again churning at a breakneck pace.

Or maybe it just feels that way in my position? The preparation in August was a whirlwind following a busier than normal summer. Then it's over for most schools in two and a half months. We're already halfway through the 2025 season with every school guaranteed a minimum 10 games.
