Stu and Marisa Wells’ Greenville home is marked up with colorful sticky tabs – each pointing out cracks in paint, bubbled flooring and other damages caused by Tropical Storm Helene.

They live in a white brick home with light blue shutters from the 1940s. It has solid oak flooring and sturdy bones, just the kind of home they were looking for in 2022 when they moved to South Carolina from Tennessee.
