MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) -- Disability advocates are gathering in Mobile this week. The annual ARC of Alabama Disability Conference is being held at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel through Wednesday. The event brings together ARC chapters from around the state and people with special needs. Organizers say they want to put the emphasis on what people with special needs can do and, in their words, “illuminate the great”
