Linda Snipes, age 81, passed away on August 17, 2025 at The Oaks in Conyers, Georgia.

A celebration of her life will be held at Pine Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, September 27 at 1:00 pm.

Linda reared her family in Marietta and was retired from Telcom Credit Union before she moved to Sand Rock, Alabama. She was a faithful and caring person to everyone. She was active in her church where she taught Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and sang in the choir. She was Chairperson of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed being with her friends. She delighted in decorating for Christmas and other holidays.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Snipes and her parents, Harvey Jackson and Mildred Morrow.

She is survived by her children, Judie Kae Snipes and Eddie (April) Snipes and her
