A man on the Pennsylvania State Police Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list was arrested in Pittsburgh Monday night by the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force.

In a news release, the U.S. Marshals Service said 36-year-old Daryl Beckett of Chester, Pa., was wanted in connection to a 2023 fatal shooting in Delaware County.

Police said the shooting took place Oct. 7 on I-95 in Upper Chichester. During the shooting, more than 40 shots were fired from a rifle into a moving vehicle. Police said the driver was killed and a passenger was injured.

In December of 2024, state police obtained a homicide warrant for Mr. Beckett and he was placed on the Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.
