MANCHESTER, CT (WFSB) - Manchester and state police appeared to be looking for someone on Tuesday morning.

Officers and a trooper were spotted at an address on Hilliard Street.

A Channel 3 crew saw several state police cruisers on the scene.

A trooper there confirmed that they were looking for a person.

However, no other details were released.
