WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - The annual Higher Education Program will be at JCC next week.

The annual Higher Education Program is put on by the Jefferson-Lewis Association for Counseling and Development.

You can attend the Higher Education Program by showing up on Monday, September 29th, at the McVean Gymnasium at JCC.
