What does the developer plan to build?
Lukas Janic, who owns 545 and 547 Elmdale Rd. in a subdivision north of the Stoney Creek off-leash dog park on Adelaide Street, plans to build two fourplexes on a large lot where a single family home previously stood. The lot has been severed.
Each of the four units will have four bedrooms for total of 32 bedrooms between both buildings.
