The Committee on Public Undertakings (COPU), chaired by Dr. Sukhato A. Sema, conducted a two-day study tour on 17th and 18th September to assess the status of the Mini Cement Plant (MCP) at Wazeho.

The inspection team included Committee Member Dr. Neisatuo Mero, special invitee MLA and Advisor for New & Renewable Energy Z. Nyusietho Nyuthe, and officials from the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat.

The Committee carried out a physical inspection of two projects—the 150 TPD Mini Cement Plant (MCP) and the Decorative & Dimensional Stone Plant (DDSP).
