A shooting wounded five teenagers after a group arrived to fight at an apartment complex in East El Paso, police said
The shooting occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 22, at the Commissioner's Corner apartment complex, 10700 Montana Ave., just east of Yarbrough Drive, El Paso police spokesman Officer Adrian Cisneros told news reporters.
There were five teenagers, ages 15 to 17, wounded in the shooting, including a 17-year-old girl who was hospitalized, possibly in critical condition, Cisneros said.
A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody, but investigators were working to determine what his involvement was with the shooting, if any, Cisneros said.
