CHESTNUT HILL (WPVI) -- Yolanda Palmer believes in the power of plants and shares that enthusiasm at her Chestnut Hill shop, Foliage.

She sells plants of all sizes, starting at the six-inch pot, and specializes in the larger plants.

Yolanda enjoys educating her customers on plant ownership, and after your first purchase, she repots your plant for free.

Before selling plants, Yolanda worked as an accountant for 15 years, but her plant hobby became a passion.

It wasn't until the pandemic that she started selling plants at flea markets. After much success, she continued to do pop-ups until she opened her first brick-and-mortar in December 20-21.

Along with plants, she features local artisans in her shop with a collection of paintings, pottery, and jewelry.
