A man was rushed to the hospital Tuesday morning after he was shot in Fort Lauderdale, fire rescue said.

According to Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue, at about 2:40 a.m., crews arrived at 1431 N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, where they found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was taken to Broward Health Medical Center with serious conditions.

Video captured at the scene showed a car that crashed into a wall and police tape surrounding the area.

Details on the shooting remain limited.
