MONROE, La. (KNOE) - On Sept. 23, 2018, Saints fans will remember the 17-yard pass from Drew Brees to Michael Thomas that broke the NFL record for career pass completions.

The play made Brees the all-time leader, breaking Brett Favre’s career record of 6,300 completions.

Brees ended his career having completed more than 80,000 career yards.

He holds the record of 54 consecutive games with a touchdown pass.
