President Donald Trump is giving remarks at the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, Sept. 23 — his first time in his second term.

Trump is expected to tout his peace record, as he has done in several other international appearances, while allies look for answers on America's role in the wars in Gaza and Ukraine.

Also on Trump's schedule for the day are meetings with Argentina's Javier Milei and leaders of Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan, according to Reuters. The outlet also reported Trump is expected to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

The last time Trump addressed the assembly was virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic, making this the first time he has appeared in person with them since 2019. Here is more on his schedule in New York for the day:

What time is Trump speaking today?

Trump's remarks are scheduled to begin at 9:50 a.m. ET, according to the White House press schedule.

He is also speaking at the United Nations Leaders' Reception in the evening, which is listed as "closed press" on the schedule.

Is Trump in NYC today?

Yes. The UN Headquarters is located in New York, New York, on the East River at 44th Street.

Trump arrived at Trump Tower in Manhattan on the evening of Sept. 22, according to a pool report. He is scheduled to travel back to the White House after his UN appearances on Sept. 23.
