Set against New York City’s high-pressure nightlife, the new Netflix series Black Rabbit promises a darker look at the city than the bright lights and Broadway glamour audiences usually see on screen.
“The most exciting part about the world we dive into in Black Rabbit is that it’s the world we don’t often get to see,” actor Forrest Weber said. “We kind of dive deep into an underground, grimier, scuzzier world of New York that often has a bigger say in how things are run than we realize.”
At its heart, Black Rabbit tells the story of two brothers — Jake (Jude Law), a charismatic lounge owner, and Vince (Jason Bateman), whose return to the business threatens to unravel it all. Their relationship drives the tension between ambition and family loyalty.
