COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- It has been 12 years since both of Ohio's Major League Baseball teams made the postseason in a full campaign. That could change this week.

The Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds are each in the chase for a postseason berth as the MLB season is in its final week. While the Guardians are still in the hunt for another AL Central title, the Reds could snatch the final NL wild card spot from right underneath the flailing New York Mets.
