CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Cincinnati police arrested a serial robbery suspect who’s been in and out of jail several times, court records show.

Quatrall Larry, 23 of Millvale, is charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and one count each of robbery, theft, obstructing official business, drug possession, and illegal use of or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cincinnati police filed court records accusing him of:

Implying he had a handgun, going around the counter at Bagelry on Monday and stealing cash from the register

Implying he had a handgun “when he pushed (a victim) up against his delivery van Monday and demanded that he hand over his wallet”

Robbing Oddfellow Liquor Bar, 2014 Elm St. in downtown Cincinnati on Saturday “by stating ‘I don’t want to hurt anyone, move out of my way,
