The cast of Dawson's Creek reunited on Sept. 22 at New York's Richard Rodgers Theatre

The one-night-only event was put together in partnership with F Cancer, while also showing support to James Van Der Beek as he's navigated his own cancer diagnosis

Van Der Beek was unable to attend as he is recovering from illness, but delivered a video message to the audience.

The Dawson's Creek reunion was full of laughs and some tears as the cast came together like never before.

Michelle Williams , Katie Holmes , Joshua Jackson , Mary Beth Peil, John Wesley Shipp , Mary-Margaret Humes , Nina Repeta , Kerr Smith , Meredith Monroe, and Busy Philipps all appeared in the one-night-only charity event on Sept. 22, in partnership with F Cancer .
