CCTV footage has shown the moment a brazen gang of bungling thieves snatched two wedding dresses from a bridal store in Glasgow. ‌

The group of four women were seen entering the Brides in the City store on Glasgow's St George's Road near Charing Cross at around 2.26pm on Monday, September 22. Shocking footage shows the first woman stepping into the store ushering her peers to be quiet. ‌

The group, dressed in trench coats and tailored trousers, can then be seen sniggering as they bundled two gowns into their arms before making off. A courageous staff member went on to chase the group down Sauchiehall Street before their pursuit was stopped by a member of the public, who stepped in front of their path. ‌
