Customers aren’t lovin’ it — but maybe they should be.

While some menu items at fast food chains are beloved by all, others can be overlooked. And even some of the least ordered items are actually delicious.

At McDonald’s, the biggest McLoser is their hot tea, ordered so infrequently that one Ohio McDonald’s manager went viral in 2021 for sharing that he didn’t even know they sold it.

“Over the years, a ton of people have asked me what is the least ordered item at my McDonald’s,” Stephen Patula said in a TikTok video at the time. “We bought these stores in July and I have yet to serve one hot tea. I actually didn’t know that we sold hot tea until about a month ago.”
