Northbrook, IL-based Pinstripes Holdings, Inc., the “eatertainment” chain combining Italian American dining with bowling and bocce, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this month in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company cites mounting debt and declining revenue amid inflation and shifting consumer habits.

According to the Wall Street Journal , the company operates 18 locations across the U.S. but closed 10 before the bankruptcy filing. It plans to continue running its remaining eight locations, preserving nearly 900 jobs, according to WSJ.

Pinstripes reported approximately $129 million in revenue for the fiscal year ending April 2025, but that was not enough to offset mounting losses and a crushing debt load. According to the filing, the company owes
