Insider emphatically shuts down Sidney Crosby trade speculation

Everybody seems to want Sidney Crosby to request a trade and leave the Pittsburgh Penguins .

No matter how many times the future Hall of Famer reiterates his love for the city and organization and desire to remain a Pen for life, the hockey world continues to speculate about his future.

It's understandable, given the downward trajectory of the Penguins, who are just beginning a rebuild, but at a certain point, we have to start taking Crosby at his word.
