Paul Steven Austin, 66, of Longmont, was found Sept. 12. He was seen in the reservoir near his kayak but in distress and without a floatation device, according to reports from the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.
The cause and manner of death was determined by the coronor's office to be accidental drowning.
